Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C for fan ovens) gas mark 6. Fry the sausages in a little oil in a pan until lightly browned. Take them out of the pan and let them cool. Unroll the pastry from the pack and place 2 sausages at one end.
Roll each sausage in a slice of puff pastry. Close the wrap with a little water. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with the vegan milk alternative. Sprinkle over the sesame or onion seeds.
Bake for about 25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown. Leave to rest for a minute or two before transferring to a board. Slice each sausage roll into 3 pieces and serve with your favourite sauce or chutney!
