1 pack Garden Gourmet Sensational Burger
1 small red onion
1 roasted red pepper (drained if from a jar)
handful fresh lettuce leaves
30g vegan block cheese
2 tbsp tomato salsa or sliced fresh tomatoes
2 jalapeños
2 burger buns
small handful coriander leaves

Preheat the grill to medium. Slice the onion into rings and the peppers into strips. Spritz the onion with oil and briefly grill until just turning golden then set aside.

Cut burger buns in half and grill the insides until browned. Set aside but keep warm.

Grill the Sensational™ Burgers according to the instructions on the pack and cover them with a thin slice of cheese while they are still hot.

Cover the base of the bun with lettuce leaves and add the roasted pepper strips, and place the burgers on top.

Add the salsa and if you like it spicy, add a few slices of jalapeño. Add the lid of the bun & enjoy!
