Mix the spices, onion and half the herbs into the minced meat (saving the harissa for the yogurt). Shape the mince around the skewers like a long sausage.
Mix the harissa with the yogurt.
Preheat the BBQ or grill to a medium heat. Grill the kebabs on the BBQ in about 5 to 8 minutes until browned and piping hot throughout.
Chop the tomatoes and add to the salad leaves with the cucumber. Toast the pita bread on the BBQ or under the grill and serve with kebabs, harissa yogurt and salad. Scatter over the herbs and get stuck in!
