Jamaican Jerk Style Spicy Meatballs with Rice 'n' Peas

Make these meatballs as hot as you dare for a taste of Jamaica served with a rice and peas style side... Colourful, super tasty and great to share with family or friends mid week or at the weekend for something different!

Preparation

1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry half of the onion with the rice until glassy. Add the stock and cook about 15 minutes.
