STOVE TOP: Preheat skillet on medium heat with 1 TBSP of cooking oil for 1 minute on gas stove or 2 minutes on electric stove.  Place sausage in skillet and cook for 12 minutes, rotating every 2 minutes to cook evenly. 

BBQ GRILL: Prepare charcoal BBQ grill to a medium heat. Place sausage in the center of the grill.  Cook for 12 minutes rotating every 4 minutes.
