Non-stick pan: Fry the plant-based burgers in 1tbsp oil over a medium heat for 8 mins turning halfway through. 

Pre-heated oven: 200°, (180° fan), Gas 6. Bake the Garden Gourmet vegan burgers on lined baking sheet for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.

BBQ GRILL: Preheat charcoal or gas BBQ (grill) to a medium heat. Place one patty in the centre of the grill. Cook for 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
